Our company offers country wide shipping of your order. Our shipping costs are based on various factors, such as the size and weight of the products, or the distance; for more information, please consult our sales representatives.
Shipping notes
- Delivery is only available on weekdays.
- Delivery can only be coordinated for a particular day or part of the day, not for an exact time.
- The offloading of the products on premises is the responsibility of the client.
- Please notify the driver if visible damage to the ordered products can be observed, if products are shipped with erroneous sizes or colours, or if part of the order is missing, as they will record your complaint on the delivery notes. This is the only method to handle your claims.
In-store pickup
If you would like to collect your order using a rented truck or your own vehicle, please make sure the vehicle is that of appropriate size for safe transporting of your order (length, width), and the load capacity corresponds to the total weight of your order, which can be found in the confirmation note. Our colleagues can only help in loading your order on your vehicle if the vehicle is deemed appropriate for the transportation (for example we will not help load 6-meter-long metal sheets on the roof rack of a normal car).
The fastening accessories (ratchet strap, strapping belt) required for transportation of the products must be provided by the client.
Use of dunnage
- We can provide dunnage for transportation of metal sheets at the rate of 1750 HUF + VAT / running meter (gross 2225 HUF / running meter). If you return the provided dunnage to our site, this cost will be reimbursed.
- In case of roofing tiles, we recommend 2-3 dunnage beams in longitudinal direction if the length is over 3 meters.
- In case of trapezoidal metal sheets, dunnage beams should we placed abeam under the products at a rate of 2 pieces for lengths up to 3 meters, and one piece each 1,5 meters + 1 extra for lengths over 3 meters.
- For transporting sandwich panels, we recommend a stiff 90° angle edge protector under the ratchet strap, otherwise the exterior may get damaged during transportation.
We cannot be held responsible for damage incurred to the products due to inadequate transportation.
